Design
- All product design is carried out in-house by our dedicated design engineers.
- We design to a range of industry standards including ASME VIII, PD5500, EN 13445, API 620/650, and Good Engineering Practice guidelines.
- For vessels intended for sale and use within the EU, we ensure full compliance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 2014/68/EU, and all relevant equipment is CE marked accordingly.
- Our in-house CAD draughtsman produces drawings to code and to each client’s specific requirements, using the latest AutoCAD software.
- Drawings are typically supplied in 2D format and can be provided in various file types, including DWG and PDF. We can also produce 3D drawings (STP files) in-house using our SolidWorks software.
We pride ourselves on flexibility and precision, ensuring every project starts with a solid, standards-driven design foundation.
Fabrication
- We are specialists in the design and manufacture of high-quality pressure vessels for the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food & beverage industries.
- We work with stainless steel and specialist metals, including Alloy 22, Duplex, Nickel Alloys, and Inconel.
- All vessels are designed and built to EN 13445, PD 5500, ASME VIII DIV 1 (NCMS), and Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU standards.
- Our team is fully coded to both ASME and EN welding codes, with regular training.
- We have extensive experience in manufacturing mobile pressure vessels, especially for the pharmaceutical sector.
- We offer a range of polished finishes — including electro-polishing — for both interior and exterior surfaces.
- Vessels can be supplied as single-skin, jacketed for heating/cooling, insulated, or stainless-steel clad.
- Multiple jacket designs can be tailored to specific heating and cooling requirements, tested in real-world applications.
Our fabrication process is built on decades of experience, technical expertise, and a relentless pursuit of quality.
