Experience
With over 30 years of experience specialising in the design & manufacture of tanks and pressure vessels for the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food & beverage industries.
Design
Product design is carried out in-house by our dedicated Design Engineers. Our Design Engineers have over 30 years experience . Design can be carried out to ASME VIII, PD5500, EN 13445, API620/650 & Good Engineering Practice design codes. Vessels manufactured for sale & use within the EU are also CE marked to the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.
Drawing
Our in-house CAD Draughtsman completes drawings to code & clients specific requirements using the latest AutoCad software. Drawings are generally supplied in 2D format & can be issued in various formats including dwg & pdf. 3D drawings (stp files) can also be supplied in-house using our Solid Works software
Production
We specialise in the manufacturing of pressure vessels using stainless steel and other metals including: Alloy 22, Duplex, Nickel Alloys and Inconel. Pressure vessels are designed and built to specified standards e.g. EN 13445, PD 5500, ASME VIII DIV 1 (NCMS) and Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.

It incorporates all aspects of our business, from initial issue of PO, Design and Development, material order & verification and manufacture through to final delivery. All projects carried out are subject to our systematic quality inspection procedures which can involve Radiography, Dye Penetrant & Surface measurement. All NDT is carried out by qualified & approved personnel.
Documentation
All documentation is issued in accordance with our Quality Management System & incorporates any client specific requirements. Data manuals are provided in hard-back ring binders as well as soft copy format. Copies of all documentation are maintained for the statutory required 10 year period.
